About The Project

We created a bespoke online shop for On Your Boat – a leading online retailer selling the drinkware, barware and accessories for boat owners and the boating industry.

Firstly we created a bespoke logo that represented the company. The logo has even been used to create a bespoke line of dinnerware!

WooCommerce was chosen to power the online shop. This allowed for an easy solution to the shipping calculation used by the company.

We also incorporated a Max Mega Menu to allow all categories to be accessed to from the menu in one click.

What you need to know

How long does it take to build an online shop?

If you already have a logo and the content (words and pictures) to go on your new online shop, it will take approximately two weeks to build. A new logo will take about a week if starting from scratch and would need to be done first, as this provides the colours that will be used on your website. We often find that writing the words to go on an online shop often take longer than expected but we would provide guidance on this.
